Open source software licensing is a preferred distribution method for more and more researchers. Even when they want to use it in a spin-off. Sometimes, this entrepreneurial endeavour is associated with a non-for-profit model. How should TTOs deal with such requests ? What experiences TTOs already have in this field? Could "best practises" be agreed among Swiss TTOs?
