Speakers
Harald Andergassen is with Clarivate Analytics and formerly Thomson Reuters since five years as Account Manager supporting clients with their R&D process and market/technology strategies. He has a university degree in business economics and worked previously in the field of IT (information technology).
Chantal Ritleng has been with Derwent (Clarivate formerly Thomson Reuters) for 5 years, first as an Account Manager and for the last two years as a Solution Consultant helping clients getting the maximum information from Intellectual Property. She has been in the IP Industry for over 15 years. She has a master degree in Economics and Marketing from Germany as well as from France and then continued with a French DESS in International Relations.
Alberto Di Consiglio has a degree in pharmaceutical biotechnologies and a PhD in medical biology. He has worked as a patent and scientific information specialist and strategist at Merck, mainly in the biotechnologies and biosimilars domains. Alberto is actually a Patent Manager at the EPFL-TTO, which he joined more than 4 years ago. Among his tasks, he provides for patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, prior art searches using among others Clarivate Analytics, and drafting of patent applications, mainly in the fields of life science, chemistry and medical devices. Moreover, Alberto is currently training to become a certified European Patent Attorney before the EPO.
Christian Moser is a professional patent researcher and examiner. He is also involved in IPI’s activities to promote IP awareness at universities and in the private industry. Christian Moser is a trained veterinarian with a PhD in molecular virology. After his education at the University of Bern and a postdoc at the University of Pennsylvania, he spent more than a decade in the vaccine industry in various scientific and management roles within R&DI.
